I needed to register with a new dental surgery as my local one in Lydney had closed down.  Having read good reports about Chepstow Dental Care, I decided to telephone them. As soon as I phoned, I was made to feel welcome by Kirsty.  She explained their procedure for new patients, their fees and their treatments.  She suggested an appointment with Jonathan Frankel.  Once the appointment was made Kirsty emailed over the necessary forms to complete and return. As soon as I entered Chepstow Dental Centre I found everyone was friendly & cheerful.  Dental nurse Lilia came to reception, introduced herself to me and showed me to the surgery where Jonathan greeted me with a huge smile - any anxiety evaporated. Jonathan explained that he wanted to undertake a full examination which included a full X-Ray of my teeth and a close inspection.  I was made to feel at ease straight away, everything was explained, you can stop any treatment at any time by raising your hand. I even received a call the next day to see how I was doing. Now the fillings, an extraction and new dentures are complete I can honestly recommend them for their brilliant service, expert treatment and lovely staff, and to conclude: No gaps in my smiles

I had such a fear of going to the Dentist, But everyone at Chepstow Dental Care and Fantastic, Very understanding, helpful, caring and very professional, Really put me at ease. The entire experience was so easy, from the receptionists making the appointments and putting you at ease to having the treatment and the after care. Visited Chepstow Dental Care today and everything from the warm and welcoming receptionist to the fantastic skill and care of the dentist ( Jon ) was exceptional especially to a nervous patient. An enjoyable experience - not the first three words you think of when going to the dentist. I've been going to Fairlight for 20 years so obviously I think the dental care is first class. But what occurred to me today on my latest visit is how charming, friendly and welcoming all members of the team are; they don't have to be, but they consciously choose to be.
