Everyone was warm and welcoming. The Practice itself was set out to a perfect standard. The phone calls I received to check if the treatment was going well were pleasant.

When I first came to Chepstow I was very apprehensive but straight away everything was explained so well and immediately I felt at ease. The finished product is such a change and I am really grateful that Sian has put herself out to help me even though she was 9 months pregnant.

I came to Chepstow because they are local to me and I wanted to support a local business I frequently drive past so one day I just walked in. I was told the cost of treatment upfront. The staff are friendly and helpful, the practice is relaxed. I appreciated all of the time spent with me at the start.
